The hotel was very affordable considering the good facilities it had. the location was great since it was located in a central area near stores and restaurants. the staff was also very kind and helpful.
The hotel did not have an elevator which was difficult when carrying luggage to our rooms. the bed was not very comfortable and could have been better.

The check-in and out process was pleasant, with very polite and nice receptionist. Clean towels and bathroom. Convenient last-minute availability in Sandanski. Comfortable and spacious room. Very clean and tidy. Good location on the center square with nearby shops and police station. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant and private safe parking.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of the city and very close to the main pedestrian street. You can easily find supermarkets and other stores nearby. the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with clean bathrooms. the staff is very friendly and ready to help you with anything you need.
The hotel doesn't have an elevator, which could be a bit inconvenient if you are carrying heavy luggage.

We had a great last minute stay in this city. Best aspects were the hotel location, very close to the main pedestrian street and in the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful. we appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that there was private safe parking available.

The hotel had an excellent location, close to the town center and a supermarket. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth. the rooms were well furnished and included modern amenities such as air conditioning.
Our stay at this hotel was not without its faults. Our room lacked proper soundproofing, making it hard to sleep because of the noise outside.
